Bonnie Lass and her crew bombed Regensburg today. The picture shows Bonnie Lass before it even got to Regensburg. Five wounded and TSgt Miller flight engineer and Top Turret kia. Yet Bonnie Lass flew on and bombed it's target scoring 2 hits. Bonnie Lass would make it back to base with casualties the same but the plane is very shot up. One more critical hit or just a regular hit would have brought her down. Bonnie Lass will be going on it's second mission, to be determined. Now that the crew is veteran you add 1 d6 to the activation roll so 6 dice instead of 5.

Bonnie Lass made it back from Recklingberg!! 4 wounded no KIA. Zone 5 one zone before target city. On entry flak, no damage. Mechanical issue, Ball Turret jammed, Ball Turret operational again. More flak, no damage. Tail Gunner SSgt Sprules calls out "109 at 3 O'clock seconds before a round from the 109 hits him in the left arm. As the 109 bears down on Bonnie Lass SSgt Gallant at Right Waist let's loose with his 50cal blowing the wing off the 109! Again the now wounded Sprules in the Tail again calls out "109" at 7 O'clock" this time it's Sprules himself that settles the score for his arm by downing the 109. Zone 6 Lass drops her bombs on the target, 3 hits. Bonnie Lass turns for home....

Well, firstly. I love the Easter eggs! Frank and I are honored to be in flight with Captain Higgins!
I like the use of the poker chips and blank counters! Remember MAGNA’s conning all of us (well, me anyway) with the fake society of people that make use of recycled goods for modeling and wargaming? I can’t remember the name of it, but he had me buffaloed! Jest or not, I’ve always believed in “thinking outside of the box” for gaming and modeling, and if I can recycle in the process (like my use of cat food plastic containers for chit pull and paint mixing), so much the better. …I’m still living David’s jest!
On another note, I really like this game! I love mission games, and seeing if you can survive and thrive. I also like toe campaigning aspect.
