The other night it $35.03 which put it over their minimum for free shipping. Just had to hit the add to cart button.

From BGG. Weight 3.37 out of 5 with 178 rules questions alone.
Doesn't sound like a game you can just throw on the table and play.

That's 178 questions about the rules. I'm just wondering if the rulebook is a real mess. Well I find out today according to tracking.

Mail call. Beautiful components! Back of the box. The map. Paper feels a little light. The landing beach. Beach looks good for landing but very inhospitable terrain surrounds it, hills and mountains. Beautiful counters 🤩 We have come a long ways from the old Avalon Hills " pink and blues".

WOW, that looks great! I like the Complexity and Solitaire Suitability ranks each at middle ranks… usually a good sign to me that it’s a fairly fast learning experience and that I can go solo.
I’m coming around to paper maps, ever since I started using plexiglass as a cover… I didn’t like the plexi at first, cause I didn’t like the look of raised counters so far off the map, but that proved to be no problem in the end; and it holds the creases down. Still, I have noted others mention, and my seeing first hand, maps that are being printed on way-too-thin paper stock! …I get they’re trying to save a buck to keep retail price down, but it’s getting a bit much, though I have noted some companies going the extra mile to make a hardbacked map as an additional purchase item, which I’ve taken advantage of and am glad to have done so.
The counters are GORGEOUS! …map art, too, and basically all the components look first rate.
I’m probably gonna break down and buy this some day.
