I know this forum is dedicated to board gaming, do any of you wargame on the computer?
I would really like to find a good game that covers the Ukraine/Russia war. I'm looking for an operational/strategic level hex based game with supply, morale, suppression, etc....
I think I'm going to have to find a "mod" for an existing game like The Operational Art of War or War in the East/East2/West.
Anyone aware of such a beast?

Afraid I haven't played a computer game in years now since our last computer, right now I do most things on my phone and have yet to find anything that even remotely keeps my interest. My favorite pc games were the Silent Hunters series, Red Baron was a blast another was Normandy to Berlin I think it was called. I know if we had a desk top I would have some games. One thing about computer games I always found frustrating was everytime they came out with a new version of windows my games all of a sudden became obsolete and unplayable. Also some games had a myriad of patches for them that seemd to mess more with the computer itself then helped with game play. I'm talking many years back now maybe things have changed.

I only play one game on my computer and have done so for almost 10 years now and that's World of Tanks, a game that I've played since the closed Beta.

I prefer to play at Tier IX but I've got all Tier X vehicles from the tech tree in my garage. I seldom go below Tier VII-VIII when I play.

I do t know of any game at the moment, that fits that criteria, but it would be interesting! The few board games that cover Ukraine are all WWII. The current war is still fairly new so, I’m thinking it’ll be a bit before you see it covered well in computer games, but I could be wrong in that  |
