Miniatures and Modeling Zones Changes

I added "Miniatures Tips & Techniques" to Cheyenne Mountain to have a zone for ways to make your miniatures building experiences better, such as a place you can show new and old tools of the trade, how products work, ways to make your workshop better, storage advice. It's a better way to separate out methods and techniques for paining and displaying your miniatures, which is in the next category down, "Miniatures Builders' Paint & Basing Shop".

I did similar in Area 51 for a zone on Tips & Techniques, and a separate one for Painting & Basing methods.
