Warlord are now bringing out one of their most dramatic looking armies in plastic with metal casts for the characters and support weapons. Bersalieri.  A friend at our club had these bad boys in all metal as his first BA army, and they really looked great. Performed pretty good on the table as well, though their early war support options made them a bit of an underdog against a force picked from a later list. There now seems to be options to use them through the later war as well.

I missed this, too! And I agree with liking the Semnovente…I think I had a couple of those in my Axis & Allie’s Miniatures; sports a 75mm gun, as I remember.
