Third turn (Sept44) the Germans are bending but not breaking. The bottom of map shows the Germans being pushed out of Southern France with the Allies in hot pursuit.

The Allies push out from Normandy through the bocage (Operation Cobra) and push on torwards Paris. Three British divisions have gotten to far forward however and are cut off NW of Paris on the Seine River and are taking heavy casualties.
