There are free downloads available for this game. I don`t play it myself as I have just too many systems on the go and I can not afford to start another but it does look a really good game.

Good grief, I totally get the, stick with what’s on your plate -thing! I recently bought into Game of Thrones, Ice & Fire and I’m struggling to add it into the mix. That said, LotR is so amazing a platform, so gaming it must be awesome. I’m always impressed when a company puts out free copies of their rules… there’s still a lot of revision that among many game companies.
