Model and Miniatures Reconfigured

I separated the Miniatures Subforums that were previously in Category grouping named Area 51, into their own Category grouping called Cheyenne Mountain. I felt the two subjects of model building and miniatures building was a bit crowded in the same Category, and hopefully this will make things a little easier to find and follow.

I also relocated the War College to a new location, before Cheyenne Mountain and Area 51.

I hope this makes the forum a little easier to navigate.
