Panzer Leader - Panzer Lehr/11th Armored

This is 2-sheet set I bought at WargamerVault for $5, for custom unit variant counters for Print ‘n Play with Avalon Hill, PanzerBlitz/Panzer Leader games. All units are color-coded by battalions from the famous Panzer Lehr division & British 11th Armoured division. I didn;t do my homework and noticed after the fact that the other three 2-sheet sets come in a bundle, where I could have basically gotten a set for free. Ugh.



I had them professionally printed at a local Staples print shop at just under 70 cents a sheet and I plan to mount them on SMEAD Pressboard green folders. I’m assiuming there may be some custom scenarios somewhere on BoradGameGeek, but I’m good with designing my own scenarios. I’m looking at this as extending my Panzer leader game.

These are gorgeous… I had them printed at Staples and they look phenomenal, but it is kinda scary to chop them up, lol…I’ll be being super careful with them, haha. 

Here’s the crazy part on this… I bought a bundle from WargamerVault this morning, that included these very counters! DOH! But, the price of the bundle, versus buying each set individually, saved me money, even with the duplicate set above! For these however, I think I’ll try a set on my printer and see how good they come out; it’ll also embolden me to try experimenting with a spaying of a top coat on the counters and seeing if I ruin anything.
